Recipe Ingredients

6   Granny Smith apples - unpeeled, sliced (medium)
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozGolden raisins
2 tablespoons 30mlCanola oil
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar

Recipe Instructions

Cut six 8-inch pieces of aluminum foil. Prepare the apples and place each sliced apple on a square of foil. Sprinkle raisins, oil, and sugar over each apple. Fold the foil into a package.

Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium.

Grill the packets for about 30 minutes until the apples are tender. Remove from the foil and serve.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 medium apple.
