Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index

1/3 cup | 78ml | Fat-free (skim) milk - heated |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fat-free sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Reduced-fat margarine |

Freshly-ground black pepper - (optional), to taste |
Boil the potatoes over medium heat until tender and drain them.
Add the garlic and mash the potatoes. Add the milk, sour cream, margarine, salt, and pepper and mix well until smooth.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
