Cranberry-Orange Cinnamon Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
This recipe makes cranberry sauce a little more special.
Courses: Sauces3 cups | 279g / 9.8oz | Cranberries |
2 cups | 474ml | Oranges - unpeeled, and (small) |
Sliced into rings (remove seeds) | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
3 | Cinnamon sticks | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until cranberries pop. Chill and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
