1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped pitted dates |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped walnuts |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Unsweetened pineapple or orange juice |
1 | Sesame seed bagel - halved, toasted |
Combine the cream cheese, raisins, dates, walnuts, and pineapple juice in a small bowl and mix well. Spread the filling on the toasted bagel halves and serve.
