1/4 cup | 59ml | Reduced-fat mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
5 oz | 142g | Canned tiny shrimp - drained, well rinsed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Diced onion |
Salt - (optional), to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - (optional), to taste |
Combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Chill thoroughly and serve with assorted crackers.
