Raspberry Peach Tartlets Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Peaches packed in water - (8.25 oz) | |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Almond flavoring - to 1/4 - (optional), to taste |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cinnamon - to 1/2 - (optional), to taste |
14 | Phyllo-dough mini-tartlet shells - pre-baked | |
1 | Fresh or frozen raspberries | |
2 oz | 56g | Grated semi-sweet chocolate |
Drain the peaches and put them into a blender. Add the almond and cinnamon flavoring if you wish. Blend until smooth.
Place the pre-baked mini-tartlet shells on a plate. Pour 1 tablespoon of the pureed peach mixture into each shell. Arrange 2 to 3 raspberries on top of the pureed peaches. Garnish with the grated chocolate and serve.
This recipe yields 7 servings. Serving size: 2 filled tartlet shells.
