2   Gala apples - chopped

2   Bananas - sliced
1 cup 237mlGreen grapes
2 tablespoons 30mlRaisins
2 tablespoons 30mlHoney
2 tablespoons 30mlCanola oil
1/3 cup 78mlOrange juice
1 tablespoon 15mlPoppy seeds
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice

Recipe Instructions

Combine the apples, bananas, grapes, and raisins in a serving bowl. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
