Melon Balls With Mint

1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlHoneydew melon - cut balls or chunks (medium)
  = (abt 2 cups)
1/2   Cantaloupe - (to large) - cut balls or chunks (medium)
  = (abt 2 cups)
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped fresh mint leaves
  Mint sprigs - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Combine the melon balls in a medium bowl.

Toss gently with the chopped mint leaves; cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours. Toss again before serving. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
