Gingered Peach Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ripe peaches - peeled, pitted (large) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Almond-flavored liqueur |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Finely-chopped fresh gingerroot |
Cut the peaches into chunks; place in a blender or food processor.
Add the liqueur and ginger; blend or process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Chill the sauce.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup.
