Gingered Peach Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons 10mlRipe peaches - peeled, pitted (large)
2 tablespoons 30mlAlmond-flavored liqueur
2 teaspoons 10mlFinely-chopped fresh gingerroot

Recipe Instructions

Cut the peaches into chunks; place in a blender or food processor.

Add the liqueur and ginger; blend or process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Chill the sauce.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup.
