Anytime Cranberry Relish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Orange - peeled, quartered, and seeds removed | |
2 cups | 186g / 6.6oz | Fresh cranberries |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced unpeeled apple |
1 | Unsweetened crushed pineapple - (8 oz) - drained | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
Place the orange in a blender or food processor and process until coarsely ground. Spoon into a medium bowl and set aside.
Repeat with the cranberries. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and chill 8 hours.
