Anytime Cranberry Relish

Recipe Ingredients

1   Orange - peeled, quartered, and seeds removed
2 cups 186g / 6.6ozFresh cranberries
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozDiced unpeeled apple
1   Unsweetened crushed pineapple - (8 oz) - drained
3 tablespoons 45mlSugar

Recipe Instructions

Place the orange in a blender or food processor and process until coarsely ground. Spoon into a medium bowl and set aside.

Repeat with the cranberries. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and chill 8 hours.
