White Bean Pate

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozMinced scallions
3   Garlic cloves - minced
1   White beans - (15 oz)
  = (navy or cannelini)
2 teaspoons 10mlPrepared Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon 5mlOlive oil
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced parsley
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced basil
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced thyme leaves
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced dill
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced tarragon
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlNutmeg
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Serve with crackers or pita bread.

This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
