Warm Mexican Bean Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1   Nonfat refried beans - (15 oz)
1   Low-fat cream cheese - (6 oz)
1   Green chilies - (4 oz)
1   Chopped tomatoes - (14 oz) - drained
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOnion powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozShredded low-fat cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon 5mlChili powder

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan until the cheese melts. Serve with low-fat tortilla chips.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: about 1/4 cup.
