Tuna Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
You can serve this tasty tuna salad in a number of different ways. Spread it on a bagel half, mound it on a plate and surround it with lettuce and other vegetables, or use it to make a delicious tuna melt.

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped red bell pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped chives |

In a small bowl, flake the tuna with a fork. Combine with the mayonnaise, pepper, vinegar, and chives. Stir to mix well.
Serve as an open-faced sandwich or as a salad surrounded by raw vegetables.
