Strawberries With Strawberry Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Fresh strawberries - washed, stemmed |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar substitute |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh orange juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fresh blueberries for topping |
Divide 2 cups of strawberries among 6 dessert dishes.
Puree the remaining 2 cups of strawberries in a blender with the sugar substitute and orange juice. Pour the sauce evenly over the dessert cups. Top each dessert cup with blueberries.
