Pumpkin Mousse Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Canned pumpkin |

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated lemon peel |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Part skim ricotta cheese |
In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, and lemon peel. Mix well. Fold in the ricotta cheese. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
