Mustard And Wine Potatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dijon mustard |
1 cup | 237ml | Dry white wine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced green onions |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced garlic |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced onion |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cubed red potatoes - skins on |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cubed russet potatoes - skins on |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the potatoes in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss so the potatoes are well coated.
Place into a casserole dish and bake, uncovered, until the potatoes are soft and slightly crisp on the outside, about 45 minutes.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
