Mustard And Wine Potatoes

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons 45mlDijon mustard
1 cup 237mlDry white wine
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced green onions
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced garlic
2 tablespoons 30mlMinced onion
2 teaspoons 10mlPaprika
1 1/2 cups 355mlCubed red potatoes - skins on
1 1/2 cups 355mlCubed russet potatoes - skins on

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the potatoes in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss so the potatoes are well coated.

Place into a casserole dish and bake, uncovered, until the potatoes are soft and slightly crisp on the outside, about 45 minutes.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
