Garlic Potatoes

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozSmall new potatoes - (abt 10) - unpeeled, scrubbed,
  And patted dry
6   Garlic cloves - peeled, smashed (large)
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt - (optional)
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in microwave casserole. Stir to coat potatoes.

Cover. Microwave on High for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir once or twice to rearrange potatoes. Check for doneness each time. Arrange least cooked potatoes around edge of the dish.

Serve hot.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 2 potatoes.
