Fish And Fruit Salad With Yogurt Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | White fish - fresh or frozen |
2 cups | 474ml | Assorted fresh fruit |

1/3 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Sliced celery |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lite mayonnaise |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Low-fat lemon-flavored yogurt |
2 | Scallions - thinly sliced | |
12 | Tender lettuce leaves |
Steam or poach fish until just cooked. It will be white all the way through and flake easily. Drain well and chill.
Flake fish into chunks. Combine with fruit and celery.
Combine mayonnaise, yogurt, and onions. Pour over fish mixture and stir gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve on lettuce.
