Bananas Flambe

Recipe Ingredients

6 cups 1422mlRipe bananas - peeled, sliced (small)
2 tablespoons 30mlLow-calorie margarine
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlAllspice
2 oz 56gDark rum
3 cups 711mlSugar-free low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

Recipe Instructions

Melt the margarine in a skillet. Add the bananas and sprinkle with the sugar and allspice. Saute until bananas are browned.

Add the rum and ignite with a long match. When the flames die down, serve bananas with vanilla yogurt.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 banana with 1/2 cup yogurt.
