Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Balsamic vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced garlic |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced shallots |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Serve over salad greens. You can store this dressing in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
