Asian Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Shredded cabbage = (or coleslaw mix from produce Department) |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lite soy sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sesame oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground ginger |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Honey |
Place the cabbage in a salad bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour over the cabbage and mix well.
