Quick Wonton Soup

Recipe Ingredients

6 cups 1422mlLow-fat low-sodium chicken broth
8   Frozen reduced-fat wontons
  = (or dumplings)
1 teaspoon 5mlGround ginger
2 tablespoons 30mlLite soy sauce
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozMinced green onion
  Hot sauce or spicy Chinese mustard - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Bring broth to a boil. Add wontons, ginger, soy sauce, and hot sauce or mustard.

Cook about 5 minutes or according to wonton/dumpling package directions, adding the green onions during the last 2 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 1/2 cups.
