Low-Fat Buffalo Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
At colleges in Upstate New York, chicken wings were almost as big a part of the college experience as getting a degree. Traditional buffalo wings have so much fat, we don't care to even let you know! Here you can significantly lower the fat content. Don't forget the blue cheese dressing; it makes these buffalo wings authentic!

Dressing | ||
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Reduced-fat blue cheese dressing |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Low-fat mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Crumbled blue cheese |
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a shallow bowl, combine the hot sauce, cayenne, and paprika. Roll the chicken tenders in the mixture.
Place the chicken tenders on a small nonstick baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes until chicken is tender.
Combine the dressing ingredients. Serve the dressing with the chicken and celery sticks.
