1/2 cup 118mlFresh snow peas - if frozen, thaw
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozShredded carrot
1/4 cup 59mlCanned sliced water chestnuts
1/4   Green or red bell pepper - cut into strips
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozFresh bean sprouts
1 tablespoon 15mlCanola oil
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice

Recipe Instructions

Arrange the shredded lettuce to cover a dinner plate. In layers, add the broccoli, snow peas, carrots, water chestnuts, bell pepper, and bean sprouts.

Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour the dressing over the salad.
