Creamy Chocolate Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup 27g / 1ozUnsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
1/3 cup 78mlLow-fat (1%) milk
4 oz 113gReduced-fat cream cheese - softened
1   Container frozen light whipped topping - ( - thawed
1   Reduced-fat 9" graham cracker pie crust

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cocoa powder and oil. Add the sugar and milk; mix with a spoon until smooth.

Add the cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. With a spoon, fold in the whipped topping until well blended.

Pour into the pie crust, cover loosely, and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1 wedge.
