Creamy Apple-Cinnamon Sandwich Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Fat-free cottage cheese |
3 | NutraSweet artificial sweetener | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Finely-chopped raisins |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Finely-diced unpeeled red apple |
Place cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth. Pour into medium bowl and stir in sweetener and cinnamon.
Gently mix in raisins and apple. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
