Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozCarrots - sliced

1   Tomato soup - (10 3/4 oz)
24   Equal sweetener
  = (or 7 1/4 tspns Equal for Recipes
  Or 1 cup Equal Spoonful)
1   Onion - chopped (medium)
1   Green pepper - chopped
3/4 cup 177mlWine vinegar
1/2 cup 118mlVegetable oil or olive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlWorchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlDijon mustard

Recipe Instructions

Boil carrots until tender, drain.

Blend remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Mix well. Refrigerate in a covered container at least 12 hours
