Sun-Dried Tomato Spread With Grissini

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlNonfat cream cheese
2 tablespoons 30mlParmesan cheese
1 tablespoon 15mlAnchovy paste - (optional)
1/4 cup 59mlLite mayonnaise
6   Sun-dried tomatoes - rehydrated, and
  Finely minced
2   Garlic cloves - finely minced
12   Grissini bread sticks - (2 per person)

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the bread sticks in a food processor until smooth, but thick.

Place the spread in a bowl or crock and serve with Grissini bread sticks.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 ounce bread and 1 tablespoon spread.
