Sun-Dried Tomato Spread With Grissini Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat cream cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Anchovy paste - (optional) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lite mayonnaise |

2 | Garlic cloves - finely minced | |
12 | Grissini bread sticks - (2 per person) |
Mix all ingredients except the bread sticks in a food processor until smooth, but thick.
Place the spread in a bowl or crock and serve with Grissini bread sticks.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 ounce bread and 1 tablespoon spread.
