Oatmeal Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 Lb. loaf
Courses: Breads1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Water |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Bread flour |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Old-fashioned rolled oats |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Molasses |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Active dry yeast |
Place ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturers instructions. Use the Light Crust setting.
After the baking cycle ends, remove from pan, cool on rack 1 hour before slicing.
