1 | Hamburger or hot dog bun | |
1 | Hard-boiled egg | |
1 oz | 28g | Reduced-fat ham slice |
1 | Fat-free cheese - (optional) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Margarine |
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice egg. Place egg slices on bottom half of bun and top with ham and cheese, if desired.
Spread margarine on top half of bun. Wrap bun in aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes or until warmed.
