Macaroni And Tuna Salad

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gUncooked macaroni noodles
1/2 cup 118mlReduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup 118mlFat-free sour cream
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
2 tablespoons 30mlCider vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlPrepared mustard
1 1/2 cups 165g / 5.8ozChopped celery
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozChopped green bell pepper
1   Water-packed tuna - (6 oz)
1   Egg - boiled, chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package directions (but without adding salt), drain thoroughly, and rinse in cold water.

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl and mix well.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Chill before serving.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
