Fruit Smoothie

Enjoy the taste of good nutrition with this lowfat smoothie that's an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of calcium

Serves: 8 people

Recipe Ingredients

1   Frozen strawberries in lite syrup - (10 oz), thawed
2   Containers Breyers vanilla lowfat yogurt -
1   Crystal Light lemonade flavor low-calorie
  Soft drink mix
5 cups 1185mlCold water - divided

Recipe Instructions

Place strawberries, yogurt, drink mix and 1 cup of water in blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed 1 minute or until smooth.

Pour into large plastic or glass pitcher. Stir in remaining 4 cups of water. Serve over ice.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
