Fruit Smoothie Recipe - Cooking Index
Enjoy the taste of good nutrition with this lowfat smoothie that's an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of calcium
Serves: 8 people1 | Frozen strawberries in lite syrup - (10 oz), thawed | |
2 | Containers Breyers vanilla lowfat yogurt - | |
1 | Crystal Light lemonade flavor low-calorie | |
Soft drink mix | ||
5 cups | 1185ml | Cold water - divided |
Place strawberries, yogurt, drink mix and 1 cup of water in blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into large plastic or glass pitcher. Stir in remaining 4 cups of water. Serve over ice.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.
