1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red Delicious apple - peeled (medium) |
1 | Granny Smith apple - peeled | |
1 | Bartlett pear (medium) | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated orange rind |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Orange juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cinnamon |
5 | Fresh mint leaves - finely chopped |
Core the apples and the pear. Dice the apples and the pear into 1/2-inch cubes and place them in a medium bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Serve chilled.
