Shredded Wheat Snack Mix

The party's at your house and you don't want to serve the same old bag of chips and dip. But you don't want to spend a lot of time preparing appetizers either. Here's a snack that's satisfying and so good that folks won't stop eating it until it's all gone!

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 160g / 5.6ozNabisco Shredded Wheat Spoon Size Cereal
1 cup 237mlSmall unsalted pretzels
1 cup 198g / 7ozPopped popcorn (not buttered or salted)
3 tablespoons 45mlParkay Spread Sticks - melted
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlSeasoned salt

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 300 degrees.

Mix cereal, pretzels, and popcorn in 15- by 10- by 1-inch baking pan. Mix spread, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt in small bowl. Drizzle evenly over cereal mixture; toss to coat.

Bake 30 minutes or until crisp, stirring halfway through baking time. To cook using a microwave, pour mixture into large microwavable bowl. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp, stirring halfway through cooking time.

Cool. Store in tightly covered containers.

This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
