Raspberry Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Fresh raspberries |

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange juice |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Equal Measure |
= (or 4 packets Equal sweetener | ||
Or 3 tbspns Equal Spoonful) | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Finely grated orange peel |
Place raspberries in blender container; blend until smooth. Strain through sieve; discard seeds. Stir orange juice, Equal, and orange peel into pureed berries.
Serve over fresh fruit, frozen yogurt, or cheesecake.
