Potato And Onion Frittata Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Baking potato - peeled, halved, (small) |
And sliced 1/8" thick - (abt 1/2 cup) | ||
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1 | Freshly-ground black pepper | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fleischmann's Original margarine |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Egg Beaters healthy real egg product |
In 8-inch nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute potato, onion, garlic and pepper in margarine until tender.
Pour Egg Beaters evenly into skillet over potato mixture. Cook without stirring for 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked on bottom and almost set on top.
Carefully turn frittata; cook for 1 to 2 minutes more or until done. Slide onto serving platter; cut into wedges to serve.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
