Fudgy Fructose Topping Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Estee fructose |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Skim milk |
1 1/4 oz | 35g | Estee Dark Chocolate Bar - (1/2 bar) |
= (or substitute 1 square unsweetened | ||
Chocolate, broken into small pieces) | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Unsalted margarine |
Mix fructose and cornstarch together, then blend with skim milk in small saucepan. Add dark chocolate bar and cook over medium heat until chocolate melts and mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and margarine; stir until creamy. Covers one 8- or 9-inch round or square layer cake or 10 cupcakes.
This recipe yields 10 servings. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.
