Creamy Tarragon Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
This dip resembles a French boursin; it's especially good if you refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours before serving to let the flavors blend.

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tarragon vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Low-fat cream cheese - softened |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate until guests arrive; serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
