Apple Raisin Stuffing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Swanson Natural Goodness chicken broth - (14 1/2 oz) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Apple juice |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1 | Celery stalk - sliced (abt 1/2 cup) | |
1 | Onion - chopped (medium) | |
5 cups | 1185ml | Pepperidge Farm cubed herb-seasoned stuffing |
In large saucepan, mix broth, apple juice, raisins, celery, and onion. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
