Apple Raisin Stuffing

Recipe Ingredients

1   Swanson Natural Goodness chicken broth - (14 1/2 oz)
1/4 cup 59mlApple juice
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozRaisins
1   Celery stalk - sliced (abt 1/2 cup)
1   Onion - chopped (medium)
5 cups 1185mlPepperidge Farm cubed herb-seasoned stuffing

Recipe Instructions

In large saucepan, mix broth, apple juice, raisins, celery, and onion. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.  Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.
