Winter Fruit Bowl

Definitely have fruit among your dessert offerings. The trick to enlivening the flavor of this receipe is the warm, spicy crystallized ginger.

Recipe Ingredients

1   Tart apple - unpeeled, diced
1   Banana - peeled, sliced (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1/2 cup 118mlRed or green grapes
1 cup 237mlOrange - peeled, sectioned (small)
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced crystallized ginger
2 teaspoons 10mlMinced fresh mint

Recipe Instructions

Combine the apple and banana in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well.

Cover refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
