Winter Fruit Bowl Recipe - Cooking Index
Definitely have fruit among your dessert offerings. The trick to enlivening the flavor of this receipe is the warm, spicy crystallized ginger.

1 | Banana - peeled, sliced (medium) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Red or green grapes |
1 cup | 237ml | Orange - peeled, sectioned (small) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced crystallized ginger |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced fresh mint |
Combine the apple and banana in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients and toss well.
Cover refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
