Focaccia Bread W/Sun-Dried Tomatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Water |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic - chopped, or |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Garlic oil |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Cornmeal |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | White flour - unbleached |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Yeast |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Sun-dried tomatoes - coarsely chopped |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Grated parmesan cheese |
Place all the ingredients except the tomatoes and Parmesan cheese in the machine, program for Raisin Bread, Basic Bread, Basic Wheat, Basic, White, Basic White, or White/Whole Grain, and press Start or On. Add the tomatoes and cheese when the beeper sounds or during the last 5 minutes of the final knead cycle.
