1 cup 237mlPumpkin puree
1   Sugar-free non-fat vanilla pudding - 4 serving size
1 teaspoon 5mlPumpkin pie spice
1 cup 237mlEvaporated skim milk
1 cup 237mlSkim milk

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a mixer bowl. Place in parfait glasses and chill until set.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
