Ocean Crab Dip

This dip tastes sinfully rich.

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlFat-free cream cheese
1/4 cup 59mlFat-free mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlWorcestershire sauce
1   Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozCooked lump or backfin crabmeat - any shells or
  Cartilage removed
3 tablespoons 45mlSlivered almonds

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Beat until smooth.

Fold in the crab and almonds. Place in a small casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
