Honeysuckle Pineapple Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Fresh pineapple wedges - peeled | |
= (each abt 3" wide by 1 1/2" thick) | ||
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Kirsch (cherry brandy) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
Marinate the pineapple in a mixture of the remaining ingredients for 1 hour.
Place wedges directly on the rack or in a basket and grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning until pineapple is hot and caramelized.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 3-inch wedge.
