Giant Strawberries With Raspberry Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Raspberries |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Low-fat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Part-skim ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Evaporated skim milk |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Almond extract |
12 | Giant strawberries - stems intact |
Puree the raspberries in the blender. Pour the puree in a bowl. Blend in remaining ingredients (except the strawberries) by hand and mix well. Place the dip in a pretty bowl and chill for 2 hours.
Serve the dip surrounded by the strawberries
