Chocolate Lovers Frozen Mousse Recipe - Cooking Index
Creamy-rich chocolate pudding is combined with clouds of whipped topping then laced with mini chocolate chips for an out-of-this-world summer delight.

3 cups | 711ml | Fat-free milk |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Cinnamon |
16 oz | 454g | Frozen "lite" whipped topping - thawed |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Mini chocolate chips |
Place pudding mix, milk, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until pudding is dissolved.
Add whipped topping and mix on low speed until smooth. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
Cover tightly and freeze until firm, about 3 hours. To serve, scoop into bowls using an ice cream scoop.
