1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Vegetable oil |
2/3 teaspoon | 3.3ml | Salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Basil - or rosemary |
2 1/4 cups | 445g / 15oz | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Bread flour |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Yeast topping |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil - or rosemary |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Sea salt - optional 2 small |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Basil - or rosemary |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Bread flour |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Yeast topping |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Basil - or rosemary |
Sea salt - optional |
Remove dough from machine and, using your fingers, press the dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Spread topping over dough and bake in a preheated 375F oven for about 30 minutes.
