Tropical Mango Mousse Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Mangos - peeled, cubed | |
1 | Bananas - peeled | |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Plain non-fat yogurt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Honey |
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Ice cubes (large) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Pour into individual dishes and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
