Sliced Mangoes And Papayas With Lime Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Papaya - peeled, and (medium) |
Thinly sliced | ||
2 | Mangoes - peeled, and (medium) | |
Cut into 2" cubes | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lime juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
On a platter, place the papaya slices in a circular pattern. Pile the mango chunks in the center of the papayas.
Combine the lime juice and sugar. Sprinkle the juice over the mangoes and papayas and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
