Mint Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Plain yogurt - stirred |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Minced ginger |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced mint |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced cilantro |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Mix all ingredients together and serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
